The 6th Wisconsin Vol. Inf. Regiment charges the 2nd Mississippi Vol. Inf. Regiment in an attempt to capture Southern forces sheltered in an abandoned railroad cut.

It truly captures the carnage of the engagement. If you want a chill on a hot July day, walk down in the railroad cut and look up and see what the confederate forces saw. Fine detail in the illustration.
